Fun fact since people comment which baby wakes up first. So I have two. My son who is 2 years old and my daughter is 8 months old. So when it comes to waking up through the night. They normally go to bed by 9-10pm. My daughter usually before that depending how sleepy she is. Once asleep. My daughter wake up window is 1am and after 5am. My son wake up window is 3-3:30am and anytime after 7am. Once it’s past 7am we are all fully up and ready to start our day

they basically engineered the shifts so someone always has coverage, today i kept a similar accidental rhythm going with my painting and somehow got more done than if id planned it

Nope no sync up and no fall out. For some reason these wake up times they do works for us. And I’m use to not sleeping fully anyways. I’ve always been a night owl only sleeping a few hours here and there so it doesn’t really bother me. When I’m able to get them down for a nap later in the day that’s my recharge to take a nap also and wake up when they do and go about my day
