Terms of Service

Want to cancel your membership? You can do it yourself, right now — manage or cancel your membership. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — or straight away if a payment has failed — and you will not be charged again. If you can't sign in, that page will email you a link so you can cancel without your password.

Welcome to Rova. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Rova Inc. (“Rova,” “we,” “us”) and govern your access to and use of rovasocial.com and the Rova service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Rova.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rova. Rova is an adult community that carries mature content, so there is no under-18 experience: we do not permit accounts for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Both the app and the website ask you to confirm you are 18 or older before any content is shown, and that confirmation cannot be skipped. You must also be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe and to authorize the recurring charges.

By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. If we learn an account doesn't meet them, we may suspend or remove it.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for keeping your password secure. Don’t share your account, impersonate others, or create accounts by automated means. Notify us promptly through our report an issue page if you believe your account has been compromised.

Location beam (optional). Rova can show an approximate location on your profile. It is optional, always approximate (roughly your area, never your exact position), and you can turn it off or remove it anytime in Settings. How location works is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Membership, Free Trial & Billing

• Price. Rova is a paid membership of $1.99 USD per week, billed weekly in advance.
• Free trial. New members may receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.
• Auto-renewal. Your membership renews automatically each week until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Membership in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. If a payment has failed, cancellation takes effect immediately and any unpaid invoice is withdrawn. We don’t provide automatic prorated refunds for partial periods.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Price changes. We may change pricing. We’ll give you reasonable advance notice, and changes apply to billing periods after the notice.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms. We don’t store your full card details.
• Age for billing. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to authorize the subscription and recurring charges, which is the same minimum age required to hold an account at all (see Section 1).
• Promotions. We may offer promo codes that adjust trials or pricing. Unless stated otherwise, codes are one per account, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promotions (for example, creating multiple accounts) may result in cancellation.

4. Founders Program & Referral Commission

Rova offers an optional referral program (the “Founders Program”). Taking part is voluntary and does not change your own membership. These terms apply in addition to the rest of this agreement.

• How referrals are credited. When someone signs up through your referral link and subscribes, that member is credited to you. You earn a percentage of the membership fee they pay, for as long as they remain subscribed. Your current rate, your credited members and your balance are shown on your Founders page, which is the authoritative record.
• Rates can change. Commission rates and rate tiers may change. We will give reasonable advance notice of a reduction, and the new rate applies to commission earned after the notice takes effect.
• Referral bonus. You may earn a one-off bonus based on how many members you referred are subscribed at the same time. There are 3 levels: 5 referrals pays $100 USD in total, 100 referrals pays $1,000 USD in total, and 500 referrals pays $10,000 USD in total. This is a concurrent count, not a lifetime total: it reflects how many of your referred members hold an active paid membership at that moment, so if a referred member cancels or their payment fails, your count goes down. The amounts shown are totals, not additions. Reaching a higher level pays the difference, not the full amount again: if you have already received $100 at 5 referrals and you then reach 100, you receive the balance up to $1,000, so $1,000 is your total from this bonus and not $1,100. $10,000 is the maximum you can ever receive from this bonus in total, however many members you refer. Each level is paid once: dropping below a level you have already been paid for and returning to it does not pay again. Bonus amounts are added to your commission balance and paid out with your next scheduled payout.
• Getting paid. Payouts are made through Stripe. You must complete payout setup and any identity or tax verification Stripe requires before we can send you anything. Payouts are also subject to Stripe’s terms, and we cannot release funds that Stripe is holding.
• Taxes and status. You take part as an independent participant, not as an employee, agent or partner of Rova. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and you may be required to provide tax information before being paid.
• Reversals. We may withhold, reverse or claw back commission and bonuses tied to a membership that is refunded, charged back, cancelled during a trial, or obtained fraudulently.
• No self-dealing. Referring yourself, creating accounts to refer, paying for other people’s memberships to inflate your count, or using bots, spam or misleading claims to recruit are all prohibited. We may void the affected referrals, withhold unpaid amounts, and remove you from the program.
• No earnings promise. Any figures shown on the Founders page, including projections, examples and targets, are illustrative only. They are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of what you will earn. Most participants should not expect to earn a significant amount, and results depend entirely on how many people you refer and whether they stay subscribed.
• We can change or end the program. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Founders Program, the bonus, or any part of either at any time, including before you reach a bonus target. If we end the program, commission you have already earned and that is payable to you will still be paid. Reaching part of a bonus target does not create an entitlement to the bonus.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rova to:

• post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates others’ rights;
• spam, scrape, use bots, or artificially inflate followers, likes, or engagement;
• distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• collect or harvest others’ personal information without consent.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for objectionable content (including harassment, hate, threats, and sexually explicit or exploitative material) or for abusive users on Rova. Every member can report content (posts, comments, and direct messages) and can block or mute other members. We review reported content and act on it, typically within 24 hours, by removing content that violates these Terms and ejecting the users who posted it. By posting, you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Rova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to post it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Rova name and logo, is owned by Rova and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You may stop using Rova at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content license already granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or $50 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rova harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll provide notice (for example, by posting in the app or by email). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
