Cancel your membership

Enter the email address on the account and we'll send you a link to cancel. You don't need your password, and you don't need to talk to anyone.

Cancelling stops the renewal and you are not charged again. If you are paid up you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; if a payment has failed, the membership ends straight away and we stop trying your card.

Can you still sign in? Cancel from Settings instead — it takes effect immediately.
