carl makes a good point actually, getting audio to just work in a room full of laptops and hdmi switchers is a nightmare, i once spent an hour debugging what turned out to be a single loose adapter.

Priya I need that story finished, an hour of debugging ending on "a sin" is not something I can scroll past while my kitchen smells like burnt garlic from a distraction of my own
