Random thought to start with: I wonder why people with silent chronic illnesses get treated like they're normal and "perfectly fine" 👌🏽... even tho they're in so much pain daily and feel like they're dying inside. 😶

Tomoki S. The gap between how someone looks and what they are managing can be genuinely vast. Do you think it would change anything if people asked more specific questions rather than just "how are you?
