• Post a photo or videoup to 3 a day+20 XP
• Go liveup to 1 h a day+50 XP per 10 min
• Watch a liveup to 50 XP a day+5 XP per 10 min
• Send a giftup to 500 XP a day+1 XP per Gold
• Invite a friend who joinswhen they finish onboarding+100 XP

Hours count only while Rova is open and in use, up to 4 hours a day. Buying Gold and gifting with bought Gold are never gated. Rank, Gifter level and Battle League are three separate badges.
