Personally it’s a daily thing and need to examine all situations. But the main thing I say is everything is a choice if I go if I stay and whatever I invest my time into becomes my reality. So if I invest my thought into the problems that made my reality the more it becomes that. The more I invest my thought into how I became my own solution that overcame that the more it reflects as well. It’s a non stop process but the more me change how we view the problem the better the results become
