I am definitely looking for another job, especially one in a different career field. I'm also going to file complaints with the Department of Labor and Employment Securities Commission.

what do you hate about it specifically

One thing is that my field leader hates blacks. My GM has for no reason, cut my days from 5 to barely 3 and my hours from 35 to maybe 21.
