I have a dollar account, but I don't have any dollars in it. Could you please link me to an online job so I can make some money? I'd appreciate your help. I am African — a Ghanaian, to be precise. Open for hiring.

Upwork lets you set your location to Ghana and there's actual work on there, just takes a few weeks to get the first client.

Toptal is pickier but pays better if you have a skill worth selling.

what skills are you working with though, that'd help folk point you somewhere useful.
