running does the same thing for me, just swap the canvas for pavement and you kind of zone everything out.

Flowers do that for me too, though a bad arrangement can spiral things the other direction real fast. Do you paint from life or just whatever's in your head?

drawing frame by frame does something similar, like you can lose an hour just chasing one motion -- do you paint fast or are you more of a slow builder

I tend to paint fairly quickly. Sometimes too quickly and my colors turn to mud. Lol

I find myself painting more when im stressing about something. Or gardening. I LOVE FLOWERS!!!

Definitely out numbered! I paint for my job ,also demo & renos. I love flowers as well & do landscaping as part of my job as well.My job keeps me busy & in shape. I love it and the pay is pretty good as well. Thank you for all the comments.i do appreciate the convos😁 Have a great night
